PRICE & WHAT’S INCLUDED
* Prices shown are per person double occupancy rates. Add $400 for Single Occupancy – full week & $200 for ½ week.

The price includes EVERYTHING except airfare: accommodation, all meals (as indicated in the itinerary), all table wine (*Note: 2 bottle limit per person at Villa Castelletti for 2 lunches and a dinner), airport transfers as well as local transportation for scheduled excursions, the daily guided excursions and the cooking courses. Airfare, personal expenses (supplies, phone calls, laundry etc.), extra wine, visits to museums and historical sites (that are not part of the itinerary) are not included. Itinerary is subject to change.
* NOTE: for vacations shorter than 1-week (with the exception of Villa Castelletti), the drop-offs are in the town of Grosseto.
* INSURANCE: We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance. Please inquire.

RESERVATIONS: A Non-Refundable $500 per person fee is required to reserve your place. Balance is requested 60 days prior to your scheduled week.

WHERE DO WE PICK YOU UP & DROP YOU OFF? PLEASE SELECT FROM THE FOLLOWING:

SCHEDULED PICK-UP:

Rome, 10:30 AM near the central train station (Stazione Termini).
Rome, 11:30 AM at the Airport (Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci).
Grosseto, 1:00 – 1:30 PM at the train station.

	SCHEDULED DROP-OFFS:	Rome or Grosseto

	**SPECIAL TRANSFERS:	These may be arranged when possible. We have an excellent and very reliable service we can utilize, but it has a price. For the Lazio – Tuscany regions, custom round-trip transfers can be arranged. For example, from Rome to outside of Florence at Villa Castelletti the fee is $950 (up to 4 people). One way is about half the price. 5-8 people rate is a bit higher but significantly less per person. Points closer together with less travel distance cost less. This licensed vehicle + driver service enables clients to be picked up even in otherwise restricted access historic town centers (like in Rome and Florence). Drivers speak English and the vehicles are usually Mercedes with Air Conditioning.

Release and Assumption of Risks

PHOTO / VIDEO RELEASE: Tuscan Way occasionally videotapes and photographs guests and activities for promotional use. Please notify us if we are not free to use images of you or your group. * If produced, Tuscan Way would be happy to provide you with photos or video clips where you are present.

WAIVER – RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISKS: By signing and dating this registration form you agree that IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Release and Assumption of Risk is executed and presented to Tuscan Way.

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to Tuscan Way (a Florida company registered as a seller of travel, registration #ST-31693) and that Tuscan Way relies in part on others to provide transportation, personal excursions, accommodations and cooking courses.

I further herein acknowledge and agree to accept any and all risks of delay, unanticipated events, illness, injury, emotional trauma or death and agree to release absolve, indemnify and hold harmless Tuscan Way, its organizers, sponsors, shareholders, representatives and employees from any injury or loss caused by or resulting from the accommodations or employment of any and all independent contractors.

I have carefully read this Agreement, understand that I am releasing certain legal rights that I otherwise have and enter into this agreement freely and voluntarily. I understand that Tuscan Way, in accepting my registration to attend, does so based on this representation.
